Framed Rotating Light
Rooted in simple shapes and clean lines, the lamp began as a single table lamp and evolved through several generations of form experiments in air-drying clay and cardboard, drawing on everyday objects and their distinctive silhouettes.
Its spherical body, cast in resin from a pre-existing mould, plays black against white to make the light source the clear focal point.
The frame was kept white, letting the light cast its own shadows — on the wall and across the structure — and extending the piece beyond itself.
